Donovan is an amazing person to work with if you're looking for a Toyota. He was very easy-going and knowledgeable. I didn't feel any pressure at all. Even though I took a long time to decide (several weeks!) and asked a million questions, he was always patient, kind, and respectful. I have bought several vehicles over the years from Toyota of Waco and never had a bad experience.

Parts person I talked to was great. He even stated they are open on Saturdays till noon. I didn't look at the Saturday hours but the weekday hours says parts are open till 7. Yet that is not accurate information. Since they close at six and it states parts isn't open on Saturday. So, who know when they are actually open?........

My wife and I bought two TRD Pros from Toyota of Waco. We live two hours from there, most would think that would involve a lot of back and forth, but they accommodated every phase of the deal for us from our home! We live two miles from a Toyota dealership that has done our service for over two years but they were unwilling to help us on the purchase of a new Tundra Trd Pro. The team in Waco not only went out of their way to help us, they went 5 plus hours to find my truck! Our salesman Alex and John in finance made the process so easy the first time, we bought mine a week later! If you haven't visited Toyota of Waco, and experienced the team there, you're missing out! Toyota of Waco have earned lifelong customers for sure!
